Eisert tabbed Conference USA All-Academic Team

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — The conference office announced Friday afternoon that senior Taylor Eisert was named to the Conference USA All-Academic Team. This is her second All-Academic honor and the program's eighth since 2017.
The Louisville, Kentucky native has had a career year for the Blue Raiders, earning seven weekly honors this season (six CUSA, one TSWA) while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Among conference setters, Eisert ranks first in total assists (1047) and in assists per set (11.3). She is currently ranked sixth in the nation in assists per set.
Eisert set a new career-high in assists in a single match earning 63 assists against Mercer. The setter broke the program's record in career assists in the 25-point era. She became the first Blue Raider in the 25-point era to reach 3000 assists and the fourth all-time.
In the record books, Eisert's season ranks fifth in the program's 25-point era for total assists and second for assists per set.
