2023-24 men's basketball season tips off Monday

CUSA Preseason No. 1 Blue Raiders host defending Horizon League champion Northern Kentucky
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee men's basketball starts its season Monday night with a home game against Northern Kentucky. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. - or 30 minutes after the conclusion of the women's basketball game tipping off at 5:00, whichever is later - at the Murphy Center.
The Blue Raiders enter the season as preseason favorites in the Conference USA coaches poll, coming off a 19-14 2022-23 performance. Nick McDevitt's squad brings back nine players from the 2022-23 roster with six newcomers.
Monday's game will be streamed on ESPN+. WGNS, Classic Hits 93.3 and 95.1 FM will carry the radio broadcast, along with GoBlueRaiders.com and the Varsity Network App.
