MTSU hosts Tennessee Tech and UT Southern on Friday, travels to Louisville on Sunday

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Coming off a week break, No. 28-ranked Middle Tennessee men's tennis welcomes Tennessee Tech and UT Southern to the Adams Tennis Complex on Friday, April 14 at 1 p.m. CT and 5 p.m. CT.
Two days later, the Blue Raiders will head to Louisville, Ky to take on No. 32 Louisville on Sunday, April 16 at 2:30 p.m. CT.
MTSU is coming off their fourth ranked win of the season against No. 30 VCU winning 6-1 on Sunday, April 2.
In singles, freshman Ondrej Horak leads the team with a record of 15-4. As a team, the Blue Raiders are 80-39 in singles. All six starters have double digits wins so far this season.
In doubles, Pavel Motl and Stijn Slump lead the team with a 13-4 record on court No. 2. Oskar Brostrom Poulsen and Francisco Rocha are 12-5 on court No. 1.
Rocha won Conference USA Athlete of the Week on April 5.
The latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association rankings were released on Tuesday, April 11. The Blue Raiders were slotted at No. 28. Slump jumped up 11 spots to No. 76 and Brostrom Poulsen came in at No. 125. The duo of Brostrom Poulsen and Rocha moved up seven spots to No. 48.
