Men’s tennis heads to Duke Regional for 2024 ITA Kickoff Weekend

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee men's tennis received the No. 2-seed in the Duke regional in Durham, N.C. on Jan. 27-28, 2024 at the ITA Kickoff Weekend.
"The ITA Kick Off is always one of the most exciting weekends of the year," said Assistant Coach Andrea Caligiana. "This Duke region is loaded and, in my opinion, will be one of the strongest regions in the country. It's exciting to play teams we don't usually face during the year. Anyone could make it through or even go 0-2. Our goal is to make it through and qualify to the final 16 site and compete with the strongest teams in the nation."
The annual ITA Kickoff Weekend features 15 regionals played on both men's and women's side with four teams competing in each regional. The winners of the single-elimination event advance to the ITA Division I National Team Indoor Championships.
The four teams competing in the regional are 1-seed Duke, 2-seed Middle Tennessee, 3-seed California and 4-seed N.C. State.

Sat, Jan. 27 – 12:30 p.m. (Duke vs. N.C. State)

Sun, Jan. 28 – 12:30 p.m. (Championship Match)
