CLEMSON, S.C. — The Middle Tennessee volleyball closed out play in the Big Orange Bash on Saturday, August 26 against Wofford. The Blue Raiders fell in four sets.
The Blue Raiders (0-2, 0-0 CUSA) were outlasted by the Wofford Terriers (1-0,0-0 SoCon) with set scores 25-18, 20-25, 16-25 and 23-25.
Graduate student Kayla Henley led the team in total points with 17.5 and kills with 16 hitting .361. Henley tallied eight digs and three blocks. Junior Laure Jansen earned her second straight double-double with 11 kills and 10 digs. Graduate student Erin Eisenhart picked up 18 digs earning 4.5 digs per set. Senior Taylor Eisert added a double-double as well with 50 assists and 10 digs.
