Graduate Transfer, Eisenhart, joins Blue Raiders for the Fall 2023 Season

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — The Middle Tennessee volleyball team has announced the signing of graduate transfer Erin Eisenhart. She will be transferring from Austin Peay to Middle Tennessee this fall.
"We are very excited to finally announce Erin joining our Blue Raider family this fall," said Associate Head Coach Jenna Orner. "Her experience in both indoor and two beach championships will have an immediate impact in our passing and defense. Her contagious energy along with her leadership skills make her a perfect fit for our program."
In her four seasons with the Governors, the Huntsville, Ala. native was impressive on the defensive side with a total of 981 digs and 3.44 digs per set. In 2022, Eisenhart earned 447 digs with an outstanding 4.43 digs per set. On the offensive end, she racked up 144 assists and 62 service aces during her time at Austin Peay.
Erin was also a member of the beach volleyball team at Austin Peay. She helped lead the Governors to an OVC Tournament title in 2021, which was the first ever in Austin Peay history.
Eisenhart will major in Data Science at MTSU.
Before her collegiate career, Erin played club for Tennessee Performance and graduated from Madison Academy in 2019. She finished her prep career with 2,946 digs.
"I'm super excited for this season and what we are going to accomplish," said Eisenhart. "The culture that this team has created is something special and I wanted to be a part of it. The coaches and girls have made this transition so smooth and welcoming."
