Men’s Tennis hosts Northwestern on Friday, travels to Auburn on Sunday

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee men's tennis will welcome Northwestern to the Adams Tennis Complex on Friday, Feb. 16 at 5 p.m. CT. Two days later, the team will head to Auburn to take on the Tigers on Sunday, Feb. 18 at 12 p.m. CT.
The Blue Raiders are coming off a split from last weekend. MTSU defeated Virginia Tech on Friday 6-1 and fell short 3-4 against Indiana on Sunday.
Demis Taramonlis is the reigning Conference USA Athlete of the Week. The Veria, Greece native earned two singles over Virginia Tech and Indiana.
As a team, MTSU has 34 singles wins so far this season. Ondrej Horak is 6-2 on the season with freshman Jakub Kroslak right behind at 5-2. Leo Raquin earned his third ranked win last weekend defeating No. 102 Ryan Fishback of Virginia Tech 6-4, 6-0.
Horak and Raquin are both 8-0 in doubles respectfully. As a duo, the two are 7-0.
