DALLAS - Conference USA has released its men's golf All-Academic team with Middle Tennessee's Kevin Jegers and Owen Stamper among the five honorees.
Jegers holds a 3.762 GPA in Information Systems. The senior from Tallinn, Estonia, holds a 72.7 stroke average on the season with a low score of 209 at the Colleton River Collegiate and two CUSA Player of the Week awards.
Stamper carries a 3.537 GPA in Agribusiness. A senior from Scottsville, Ky., Stamper is the No. 150-ranked player in the nation and is 26-under for the season with a scoring average of 70.8. He started the season with a win in the Argent Financial Classic and has been in the top 15 in six of nine tournaments on the season.
