Blue Raiders’ Horak, Al-Amin Headed to NCAA Doubles Championships

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee men's tennis will be represented at the 2025 NCAA Doubles Championships, as Ondrej Horak and Karim Al-Amin have been selected to compete in Orlando, Fla., from Nov. 18–23.

Horak and Al-Amin are coming off a standout fall season, highlighted by winning the 2025 ITA Masters Championship in men's doubles.

This fall, the duo upset No. 12-ranked Notre Dame and earned a decisive 8–2 victory over Southern Indiana's Axel Sabourin and Jy Hibbert. At the ITA Masters, the Blue Raider pair defeated Texas Tech's Niksa Arsic and Thiago Guglieri, 7–5, 4–6, 10–8, on Day 2, followed by a strong 6–3, 6–3 win over Western Michigan's Evans and Riedel later that afternoon.
