Shu Matsuoka Named CUSA Athlete of the Week

DALLAS – Conference USA announced its Athlete of the Week honors today, with Blue Raider Junior Shu Matsuoka earning the award for the second time this season.
Matsuoka was named Athlete of the Week after a standout performance during the Battle in the 'Boro, securing two wins against Utah and New Mexico over the weekend.
His efforts helped propel the Blue Raiders throughout the tournament, and his strong play has not gone unnoticed. Matsuoka and the team look to carry their momentum into matchups against two Ivy League opponents this coming weekend.
