Familiar Faces Sweep CUSA Men's Tennis Athlete and Doubles Team of the Week

DALLAS – Conference USA announced its Athlete of the Week and Doubles Team of the Week, with three familiar Blue Raiders sweeping the honors.
Shu Matsuoka was named CUSA Athlete of the Week for the second consecutive week after a key win against Harvard over the weekend. Matsuoka has been a consistent force for the Blue Raiders in singles competition, his victory improved his season record to 10-4.
The duo of Karim Al-Amin and Ondrej Horak earned CUSA Doubles Team of the Week honors for the third time this season and the second consecutive week. During road matches against Harvard and Princeton, Al-Amin and Horak defeated two ranked doubles pairs, propelling them back into the national rankings at No. 40.
The Blue Raiders look to continue their momentum as they prepare for two more ranked opponents next week.
