Blue Raiders Host West Georgia in First-Ever Meeting Sunday

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee (3-1-1) is set to host West Georgia (0-4-0) on Sunday at 2 p.m. at Dean A. Hayes Track and Soccer Stadium.

Sunday marks the first-ever meeting between the Blue Raiders and the Wolves in program history.
About Middle Tennessee
Senior forward Taijah Fraser led the Blue Raiders with three shots against South Alabama. Sophomore goalkeeper Demi Gronauer recorded a game-high four saves, tying her season-best mark set against Belmont on Aug. 14.
Defender Hannah Delaney made her second start of the season against South Alabama and Indiana State on Aug 24.
Entering Sunday's match, the Blue Raiders remain unbeaten at home with a 2-0-1 record.
About West Georgia
Goalkeeper Emily Sanabria tallied two saves against Mercer.
Head coach Mallory Sayre, named the sixth head women's soccer coach in program history in January 2023, owns a 2-18-1 overall record and is in her second season leading West Georgia.
