Blue Raiders Open 2025–26 Season with Florida Road Matches

Fort Myers, FL – The Middle Tennessee women's tennis team will open its 2025-2026 season with road matches in Florida, facing Florida A&M on Saturday and Florida Gulf Coast on Sunday.
The Blue Raiders participating in these matches include Rutuja Chaphalkar, Sara Conde, Sadbaroy Kholdarova, Zora Koenig, Zenn Lim, Sthefany Lima, Eda Numanoglu, Lena Peyer, Cara Szilasi, and Karen Yibirin.
Coach Tayo Bailey-Duvall will begin her eighth season leading the Blue Raider women's tennis program in 2025.
The Blue Raiders hold a 1-0 advantage in the all-time series against Florida A&M, with their last matchup occurring on January 27, 2018, where they achieved a 5-0 victory at a neutral site. Rochelle Houston has served as the head of tennis at Florida A&M University since August 2017, having previously joined the staff as the head coach of the women's tennis program in August 2015.
Florida Gulf Coast leads the all-time series 4-1, and Courtney Vernon is entering her 13th year as the head coach of the FGCU women's tennis program.
