- Struck out eight in a six-inning winning decision at No. 16 DBU on May 6
- Was the winning pitcher twice in one day against UAB on May 13 as MTSU swept a home doubleheader
- Took the winning decision as the Blue Raiders defeated LA Tech in the C-USA Championships, tossing two innings
- Named to the 2022 Conference USA All-Freshman Team after winning four games, striking out 37 batters and posting an ERA of 3.60.
- Made 18 appearances, including four starts
- Five straight outings without allowing an earned run (16 innings pitched) from March 15 to April 12.
- Did not allow more than two earned runs in 16 of his 17 regular season appearances.
- Retired the first 17 batters faced, struck out eight and allowed just a bloop single over 6.1 innings pitched in his first career start at Tennessee Tech March 29.
