Honors: 2015 – Earned the “Grinder Award” for linebackers following spring drills … 2014 – Named team’s most improved linebacker following spring drills … 2013 – Earned the Jeanne Massaquoi Freshman Academic Award … Named the Most Improved safety following spring drills.
2015: Missed the entire season with an injury.
2014: Saw action in four games and had one start … Finished with 14 total tackles on the season … Played 106 total snaps with a season-high 44 against FAU … Played in his first game of the year against UAB, seeing time on special teams … Credited with five tackles against FIU … Turned in five stops in win over FAU … Collected four tackles against UTEP.
2013: Played in six games … Ended year with eight tackles to go with two pass breakups and a forced fumble … Played 118 total snaps … Played in his first collegiate game against Marshall after recovering from a preseason injury and collected two tackles and a pass breakup … Had three solo stops and a forced fumble in win over FIU … Credited with two tackles and a pass breakup in win over UTEP.
