Coffeyville CC: Rated a three-star recruit by Rivals.com and 247Sports.com … Earned second team all-Jayhawk Conference honors in 2013 after tallying 53 tackles, 3.0 TFLs, two interceptions, five pass breakups, two forced fumbles and two blocked kicks … In September 2013, Howard was named NJCAA National Defensive Player of the Week and Jayhawk Conference/Verizon Wireless Defensive Player of the Week after returning an interception for a 59-yard touchdown and also a fumble recovery he returned 35 yards for another score.
