Noteworthy: Originally signed with NC State out of high school, but transferred to Middle Tennessee before enrolling in classes at State.
2000: Played in five games, including one as a starter (Louisiana-Monroe) ... Did not catch a pass.
High School: A three-year starter on offense and defense for Coach Don Thomas ... He played defensive tackle, defensive end, tight end and even placekicker ... Pulled down 55 career receptions for 729 yards and 11 touchdowns ... On defense, had 153 career tackles, including 77 as a senior, and had 13 career sacks ... Was 16 for 19 on PATs as a senior ...
