Honors: Earned the “Grinder Award” for running backs following 2015 spring drills.
2015: Played in seven games and had one start … Finished fourth on team with 199 yards rushing and three touchdowns … Also had a kickoff return average of 23.7 to lead the team … Had nine carries for 33 yards and two touchdowns in win over Jackson State, while adding 111 yards on kickoff and punt returns combined … Ran six times for 36 yards in win over Charlotte … Led team with 76 yards rushing and a touchdown at WKU … Started against FIU and rushed twice for 12 yards before leaving the game early with an injury … Missed the rest of the season.
2014: Played in 11 games … Finished with 221 yards on 42 carries for an impressive 5.3 average … Also had a career-best six touchdowns … Played 123 total snaps … Did not participate in spring practice while recovering from offseason surgery … Had four carries for 24 yards and two touchdowns against Savannah State … Rushed for 34 yards on just five carries against WKU to go along with three receptions for 27 yards … Led team with five receptions at Marshall to go with 29 rushing yards and a touchdown … Had nine carries for 64 yards and two touchdowns in win over UAB … Did not play against BYU because of an injury … Led team with 37 yards on the ground in seven attempts at FIU … Turned in 19 yards rushing on just three carries at UTEP.
2013: Played in nine games and earned two starts … Ranked third on the team with 398 yards rushing with three touchdowns and a 4.9 per carry average … Also had 13 receptions for 69 yards … Played 186 total snaps with a season-high 37 against Marshall … Missed the WCU and UNC games with a shoulder injury … Started against Memphis and had two receptions … Led team with four catches at BYU … Had eight carries for 19 yards and a touchdown at home against ECU … Got sick on the plane and did not play at North Texas … Had a career-best 20 carries for 68 yards against Marshall … Registered 10 carries for 57 yards at UAB before suffering an ankle sprain … Did not dress for FIU due to ankle injury … Rushed for 80 yards on 14 carries at Southern Miss … Ran for a career-best 120 yards on 15 carries against UTEP to go with two touchdowns (long run of 49 yards) … Also added three receptions against the Miners … Led team with 43 rushing yards against Navy.
2012: Saw action in 10 games and earned one start … Finished the year with 12 catches for 122 yards and a touchdown while also rushing for 150 yards … All of his receptions came in the last six games … Made the move to receiver prior to spring drills but moved back to running back at the conclusion of spring workouts … Had 10 carries for 56 yards in win over FAU … Added 28 yards rushing on just six attempts at Memphis … Did not play at Georgia Tech … Earned his first career start at FIU … Had nine carries for 21 yards and a reception against Mississippi State … Recorded three receptions in win over North Texas … Had six carries for 26 yards and a reception at WKU … Set career highs in catches and yards in win at USA with six receptions for 90 yards and a touchdown … Score came on a 49-yard catch … Left USA game early with a foot injury … Did not play against Troy.
2011: Originally signed with the University of Pittsburgh but transferred to MT in August and had to sit out the 2011 campaign due to NCAA transfer rules.

Was a two-way contributor to Smyrna's state runner-up team as a senior, starring as a running back on offense and free safety and cornerback on defense ... Rushed for 1,515 yards and 19 touchdowns ... Also had 20 receptions for 260 yards and four TD catches ... Totaled 47 tackles and four interceptions on defense ... Named to the Tennessee Sports Writers Association (TSWA) Class 6A All-State Team ... District 7-AAA Offensive Player of the Year ... Led Smyrna to a 13-2 record as a senior and a berth in the Tennessee Class 6A championship game ... Rated the No. 13 player in Tennessee by SuperPrep ... SuperPrep All-Dixie Team ...
