- Ended her Blue Raider career in the Blue Raider record book in the following categories: appearances (7th, 87), starts (tied-5th, 62), wins (8th, 30), innings pitched (10th, 352.0), complete games (tied-10th, 26), and shutouts (tied-8th, 8)
- Led her team in 2021 in wins (10-9), appearances (25), starts (19), complete games (9), shutouts (3), innings pitched (119.2), and opponent batting average (.240)
- Posted a 2.92 ERA, third-best on the team, and struck out 43 batters, second among MT pitchers
- Was in the top 10 in Conference USA for innings pitched, wins, sacrifice flies allowed, and home runs allowed
- Pitched a program record 13.0 innings on May 7 vs. FIU, leading the Blue Raiders to a 1-0 victory in a game that was tied for the longest in team history
- Also pitched 10.0-inning games in wins at Murray State (March 30) and vs. Marshall (April 9)
- Struck out a season-high seven batters vs. Central Michigan on March 7

- Led her team with 15 appearances and 13 games started in the circle in her third season in Murfreesboro
- Her 57.1 innings pitched was the most of any Blue Raider and seventh in Conference USA
- Tossed six complete games, including four appearances with 7.0 innings pitched
- Was in the circle for MT’s only shutout victory of 2020, a 3-0 win over South Alabama (Feb. 28) when she allowed just five hits and struck out five in seven innings
- Recorded her first career save when she threw just four pitches and got one batter out against UC Riverside (Feb. 7) for the Blue Raiders’ first win of the season
- Her 44 strikeouts placed her ninth on C-USA’s list at the completion of the season
- Allowed just one run and fanned three in seven innings in MT’s 3-1 victory over Southern Illinois (Feb. 14)
- Wrapped up the Blue Raiders’ undefeated, six-win weekend in Madeira Beach with four innings in a start against Incarnate Word (March 1), giving up just one run on one hit

- In her second season with the Blue Raiders, Baldwin became the primary pitcher before being sidelined with an arm injury

- Recorded four complete games, three shutouts, and 44 strikeouts
- Had a .262 opponent ERA on the before having arm surgery

- Went 10-8 on the year, throwing 114.1 innings with a 3.06 ERA

- Earned first career win throwing the complete game vs. Utah State (2/10)
- Picked up a complete game shutout vs. Akron (2/17), striking out four and allowing only four hits
- Pitched 12.0 innings vs. Louisiana Tech (3/10-11), allowing just seven hits, one run, and striking out four to earn one win
