2015 (Redshirt Junior): Played in all 109 of the Raiders' sets ... Was second on the team with 321 kills and 2.94 kills per set ... Picked up 215 total digs for a 1.97 digs per set average, both ranked her third on the team ... earned 362.0 total points, second most on the team ... Had 56 blocks for a 0.51 blocks per set average, the third most blocks and fourth highest blocks per set average on the team ... Earned a career high 23 kills against LA Tech on October 2 ... Picked up a career high 14 digs against Chattanooga on September 19 ... Matched her career high with six blocks against the Mocs ... Earned a career high .419 hitting percentage in a four-set win over LA Tech on October 2.
2014 (Redshirt Sophomore): Appeared in 77 sets for the Blue Raiders … Fifth on the team with 105 kills to go along with 36 blocks and 36 digs … Reached a season-high 10 kills at FIU (10/17) and Rice (10/24) … Tallied a season-best six blocks in a sweep over La Tech (10/05) … Produced a hitting efficiency of .400 vs. UTSA (10/03) for a season-high… Earned a season-high six digs at FAU (10/19)
2013 (Sophomore): Appeared in 11 sets in a season cut short by injury & Tallied 11 digs, one block, one assist and one ace & Played as the libero in the fourth set of the Blue Raiders match vs. North Dakota (Sept. 7), recording two digs and an assist & Had a season-high five digs at Southern Illinois (Sept. 3).
2012 (Freshman): Played in 121 of 123 sets & Had four kills and season-high five blocks in 3-0 sweep of UAB on Aug. 24 & Recorded six kills and three blocks in MT s five-set win over Harvard on Aug. 31 & Had three aces and eight digs against Virginia Tech on Sept. 1 & Hit .625 with five kills at VCU on Sept. 3 & Had six kills and hit .462 against Western Michigan on Sept. 7 & Recorded 11 digs at Louisville on Sept. 14 & Collected season-high 16 digs in five-set match at Austin Peay on Oct. 10 & Had 12 digs against UALR on Oct. 19.
DeSoto HS: Played alongside teammate Jazmyne Johnson at DeSoto High School & A Second Team All-District pick in 2009 & Named First Team All-District in 2010 & Captain and MVP in 2011.
Personal: Born Miri Catherine Shade on September 16, 1993 & Daughter of Ronnie and Cathy Shade & Plans to major in psychology.
