Volleyball Falls to Arkansas State

JONESBORO, Ark. - Middle Tennessee volleyball fell 3-1 (22-30, 30-22, 33-31, 30-17) to Arkansas State in a Sun Belt Conference match on Sunday in the Convocation Center.
The win bumped ASU's record to 15-4 overall and 3-0 in the conference. Middle Tennessee fell to 7-12 overall and 0-4 in the Sun Belt.
Keke Deckard led the Lady Raiders with 28 kills while adding 15 digs. Karisse Baker followed with 12 kills. Setters Goldie Bilyeu and Talayna Akrie had 22 and 20 assists, respectively.
Middle Tennessee plays a non-conference game on Wednesday October 8 at UT-Chattanooga.
