Scales, Okafor Head to NCAA Championships

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -- Junior Mardy Scales and sophomore Rosemary Okafor will compete in the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships Friday in Fayetteville, Ark., at the Randall Tyson Track Center.
Scales automatically qualified in the 60m and will run in the preliminaries Friday evening. Scales will be looking for his second straight All-America recognition after garnering the honor last season in the 60m.
Okafor provisonally qualified in the 200m, with prelims and semifinals both in the evening. Okafor will be looking for her first All-America honor.
