Volleyball Falls to Washington 3-0

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Middle Tennessee volleyball (3-2) fell to No. 23 Washington (4-0) 3-0 (31-29, 30-20, 30-21) in opening round action of the IPFW Tournament Friday.
Junior KeKe Deckard led the Lady Raiders with 11 kills on 23 attacks. The Lady Raiders fought a close a hard battle in first game losing 31-29 as Middle Tennessee had a .324 hitting percentage as opposed to Washington's .056 hitting percentage.
Middle Tennessee returns to action at 1:30 p.m. when the Lady Raiders face Ohio University at the IPFW Tournament.
