Blue Raiders Turn Back No. 67 Georgia State
ATLANTA – After playing well against No. 28 Auburn and a near miss against No. 33 Tennessee, the Middle Tennessee finally got an early-season signature win with a 6-1 triumph against No. 67 Georgia State here Friday.

"I'm so proud of the way we came out and competed tonight against a good Georgia State team," Middle Tennessee Head Coach Shelley Godwin said. "This team has been working hard and competing at a high level early in the season in order to be ready for this moment."
