NOTABLE
QUOTABLE
"I thought we came out with decent energy. Tennessee is a good team and they showed their quality but I think we matched them.
On Sydney Chalcroft's play in goal:
"Sydeny was very steadyand I think her preparation throughout the week was strong. She had a good week of training and it showed in her performance.
On the physicality of the game:
"It's always a big factor, because the more fouls the more tired a team gets. The good thing was that it wasn't just fouls on one side, so I think our young team actually showed their fight and their spirit that they were willing to get as physical as their opponent.
On what he's seen through five games:
"I thinkfor sure we needed to do a better job of supporting our strikers. I think a lot of times when we got the ball forward we didn't have the numbers that we needed so we couldn't sustain our attack. I think that's something we definitely need to do better." – HC Aston Rhoden
