Lady Raiders Set for C-USA Basketball Championship in Frisco

Murfreesboro, Tenn. – The Middle Tennessee women's basketball team looks to carry the momentum into the Conference USA Championships this week as the compete for their third title. They will face LA Tech Thursday, March 12 at 11:30 p.m. CST in the quarterfinals.

- Three Lady Raiders earned All-Conference USA recognition; Anastasia Hayes named to the All- Conference First Team, Charity Savage named to the All-Conference Second Team and Aislynn Hayes named to the All-Freshman Team.
- Anastasia Hayes was named C-USA Newcomer of the Year and is among the NCAA Top 50 in five categories, while Aislynn Hayes was named C-USA Freshman of the Year and is in the Top 4 of four C-USA categories. They average 32.8 points per game combined.
- Charity Savage continues to lead C-USA in rebounding with 339 total rebounds, averaging 11.3 rebounds per game. She ranks 8th in the nation for total rebounds and 12th for per game average.
