MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Blue Raider men's and women's cross-country teams are set to run at the Commodore Classic hosted by Vanderbilt University on Friday, September 17.

Course History
The last time Middle Tennessee raced at the Commodore Classic was September 14, 2019 where the women placed seventh and the men took first place. Graduate student Jacob Choge took third with a time of 24:25.8 and senior Brian Rono placed 30th with a time of 25:16.6.
The Competition
The Commodore Classic field is filled with in-state schools like Austin Peay, Belmont, Tennessee Tech, Tennessee State, and Vanderbilt. According to the latest standings, none of the fielded teams for both men and women are nationally ranked.
