Women’s tennis competes in day one of the MTSU Invitational

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee women's tennis completed day one of the MTSU Invitational at the Adams Tennis Complex on Friday.
Freshman Lena Peyer started the day with a 6-2, 6-3 victory over Lipscomb's Rut Galiudo. Hrudaya Shah tallied her first win as Blue Raider defeating Alina Cherniaieva of Lipscomb 6-2, 5-7, 10-3.
Sana Garakani and Peyer won 6-4 against Lillie Willis and Marika Caruk of Bellarmine.
