Women's golf heads west for New Mexico State Golf Iconic Classic

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee women's golf plays its second of three tournaments in three weeks starting Monday as it heads to the New Mexico State Golf Iconic Classic. The tournament will be held Monday through Wednesday at NMSU Golf Course in Las Cruces, N.M., with a 9:30 a.m. CT shotgun start each day.
MTSU is coming off a sixth-place finish at the Marilynn Smith Sunflower Invitational in Manhattan, Kan., where Kendall Maynard led the team with an 11th-place finish.
WEATHER FORECAST
The forecast for the tournament calls for sunny, dry conditions and temperatures into the low 80s each day.
