Blue Raiders drop their match against No. 23 WKU on Thursday

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — The Middle Tennessee volleyball team hosted No. 23 Western Kentucky on Thursday at Alumni Memorial Gym. The Blue Raiders fell short in three against the Hilltoppers.
The Blue Raiders (20-7, 11-4 CUSA) dropped the match to No. 23 Western Kentucky Hilltoppers (25-4, 15-0 CUSA) with set scores of 19-25, 21-25 and 16-25.
Graduate student Kaylee Oscarson totaled 12 kills on a .625 hitting clip. Redshirt senior Dasia Smith recorded12 kills on a .440 hitting percentage. Senior Taylor Eisert tallied 29 assists.
By the Numbers
12: Two Blue Raiders finished the match with 12 kills each in Oscarson and Smith.
.625: Oscarson had a hitting percentage of .625.
