Five Blue Raider golfers named CSC Academic All-District

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Five Middle Tennessee student-athletes have been named CSC (formerly CoSIDA) At-Large Academic All-District. Kevin Jegers and Owen Stamper represent MTSU men's golf, while Abbie Lee, Taylor Edlin and Molly Bebelaar of Blue Raider women's golf earned the honor as well.

To be eligible for CSC Academic All-District, nominees must have a minimum GPA of 3.50, completed one full calendar year at their current institution, and be at least a sophomore academically and athletically. Nominees must also be a starter or important reserve to the team and participate in at least 50 percent of the team's contests.

As Academic All-Region honorees, the five Blue Raiders move on for consideration for Academic All-America status.
