Women’s Tennis hits the road to Evansville to face Austin Peay on Friday, at Murray State on Sunday

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee women's tennis will head to Evansville, Ind. to take on Austin Peay on Friday, Feb. 16 at 1:30 p.m. CT. On Sunday, Feb. 18, MTSU will travel to Murray State to play the Racers at 1 p.m. CT.
The Blue Raiders are coming off a split from last weekend. MTSU defeated SEMO 4-2 on Friday but fell short to Lipscomb 3-4 on Saturday.
As a team, MTSU has totaled 28 singles wins. Freshman Lena Peyer is off to a quick 6-1 start in singles play. Redshirt senior Alessia Truden picked up two singles wins last weekend to up her singles record to 3-0.
Lilly-Sophie Schmidt is 3-1 in doubles play so far this season.
