The Blue Raiders (9-10, 1-2 CUSA), hit six FIU batters and walked eight others as seven pitchers combined to allow 16 runs on 12 hits.
Cale Vinson started the scoring with the first home run of his career, a solo blast in the second inning. He drove in another run with a fourth-inning single. A four-run fifth inning featured RBI singles by Gabe Jennings, Briggs Rutter and Trace Phillips.
Phillips got the start on the mound, allowing two earned runs through 4.1 innings pitched. He was also 2-for-4 at the plate with a double and a run driven in.
