Manley named Conference USA Player of the Week

DALLAS - Conference USA has named Ella Manley its women's golf Player of the Week, as announced by the league office Thursday.
Manley finished the Ozarks National Invitational with an ace on her final hole en route to a tie for second Wednesday. Middle Tennessee women's golf posted the lowest team score of the second and final round of the tournament Wednesday, moving up from a tie for eighth to a second-place finish. Manley ended the second and final round of the tourney with a score of 70 (-2).
Starting on Hole 9, Manley picked up three of her four second-round birdies over her first four holes of the round. She aced the par-3 eighth to finish with a 36-hole score of 149 (+5).
