Blevins named to CUSA Preseason All-Conference Team

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Conference USA office has released its 2025 Softball Preseason Awards, featuring Ansley Blevins as a Preseason All-Conference Team member at catcher.
A reigning 2024 First Team All-Conference selection, Blevins is coming off a standout season in which she hit 14 home runs – the second most in program history. The Jasper, Tenn., native recorded three multi-home run games, the most in program history. Blevins led Conference USA with 10 home runs in league play during the 2024 season. The catcher appeared in all 52 of the Blue Raiders games, making 51 starts.
In addition to her power, Blevins posted a .299 batting average, tallying 40 hits, 28 RBIs and 19 runs. Blevins also added two triples and recorded an impressive .664 slugging percentage.

The Blue Raiders will travel to Leesburg, Fla., for the Spring Games, set to begin on Feb. 7. The teams attending will be Louisville, Cleveland State, Rutgers and Radford. The Blue Raiders will face Louisville in their opening game on Feb. 7 at 4:00 pm.
