Blue Raiders to embark on final road trip to NM State, UTEP

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Middle Tennessee men's basketball program is set to embark on its final road trip of the regular season, traveling out west to face New Mexico State and UTEP. The contest against the Aggies will tip off at 8 p.m. CT in Las Cruces, N.M. Thursday from the Pan American Center. The final road game of the regular season is Saturday versus the Miners, which will tip off at 3 p.m. CT from the Don Haskins Center in El Paso, Texas. Both games can be streamed on ESPN+ and the Blue Raider Network.
Series History
NM State leads the all-time series, 7-4.
The Aggies won the last meeting between the two, a low-scoring 61-57 affair in Murfreesboro, Tenn.

• Cam Weston surpassed the 1,000 career point mark Saturday, becoming the 37th Blue Raider to achieve this feat.
• Essam Mostafa became the lone active MTSU player to total 1,500 career points Saturday on an and-one in the second half.
• With a 10.4-point increase in scoring offense compared to last season, Middle Tennessee owns the largest increase in the conference and the 11th largest in DI.
• Junior guard Tre Green played his best game of the season against Sam Houston at home, scoring a season-high 17 points. Green knocked down five threes on the afternoon, just one short of his career high.
