Blue Raiders Slam Eastern Kentucky 4-0

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Blue Raiders returned to action after a week off and claimed a 4-0 victory over Eastern Kentucky.
The Raiders' doubles success this season continued, securing their sixth doubles point in seven matches. Illaria Sposetti and Cassidy Mataia got things started for the Raiders, picking up their fifth win as a duo this season with a 6-1 victory over EKU's Caylin Ipek and Zhansaya Bakytzhan. Alessia Truden and Rutuja Chaphalkar sealed the doubles point for the Blue Raiders, earning their sixth win with a 6-1 victory.
The Raiders didn't skip a beat heading into singles play, as all three completed matches ended in straight sets. Truden defeated Mariia Fedenko 6-2, 6-2, while Sposetti dominated her match with a 6-0, 6-4 win.
The highlight of the night was Sara Conde making her debut for the Blue Raiders. Conde impressed the home crowd with a commanding 6-3, 6-1 victory over Anastasiia Cherniakova.
