Middle Tennessee Gets Set for the Yellow Jacket Invitational

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Blue Raiders are heading to the Yellow Jacket Invitational in Atlanta, Ga., for their first outdoor meet of the season.
Middle Tennessee is coming off a strong performance at the Conference USA Indoor Championships, which saw the Raiders take home 12 medals across several events. Brian Kiptoo was named Performer of the Meet by CUSA. The Women's Distance Relay Medley team of Eleanor Towe, Courtney Green, Privillege Chikara, and Odillia Jepchumba set a program record with a time of 11:26.65 during the event.
The first events will take place tomorrow with field events starting at 11:30 a.m. EST and track events at 6:00 p.m. EST. While Saturday's events start at noon down in at the George C. Griffin Track in Atlanta.
