MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee is set to compete in the Raleigh Relays after a strong showing in its first meet of the outdoor season.
The Blue Raiders saw several athletes set personal bests at the Yellow Jacket Invitational, with a few earning podium finishes. Now, the team turns its attention to the Raleigh Relays, hosted by North Carolina State.
Only eight distance runners will compete in Raleigh. Brian Kiptoo, Allan Kiplagat, Mackdonald Songok, Carmelo Cannizzaro, and Jacinto Gaspar will take the track tomorrow to open the meet. On Friday, Odilia Jepchumba, Sandra Maiyo, and Faith Nyathi will compete to close out the event for Middle Tennessee.
