MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee hits the road to take on Louisville, traveling up I-65 for the nonconference matchup.
The Blue Raiders are coming off a bounce-back 7-0 win over Eastern Illinois after dropping a match to USF. With the Conference USA Tournament right around the corner, Middle Tennessee is looking to close out the regular season on a strong note.

The all-time series between the Blue Raiders and Cardinals is tied at 5-5. Middle Tennessee earned a 4-0 win over Louisville last season, extending its win streak to three matches against the Cardinals. Saturday's meeting marks the 11th matchup between the two programs since 2009.
Louisville enters the contest with a 9-17 record and riding a two-match losing streak. The Cardinals most recently fell 4-0 to No. 33 Miami on April 3 and 4-2 to No. 19 Florida State on April 5.
A player to watch for Louisville is Will Mayew, who holds a 13-5 singles record this season and has competed on courts one, two and three. Doubles play has been a weakness for the Cardinals, so if the Blue Raiders can secure the doubles point, they'll be in a favorable position early.
