MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee men's basketball has finalized its 2025–26 non-conference schedule, highlighted by home matchups with regional rivals, a trip to the Cayman Islands Classic, and road contests against national powers.
"Our non-conference schedule is going to be a tough one that will test us, but it will prepare us for the grind of our 20-game Conference USA schedule," said head coach Nick McDevitt. "We'll face two preseason Top-10 programs, three top-tier teams in the Caymans, as well as other regional rivals in the early going."
The Blue Raiders will open the season with back-to-back home games inside the Murphy Center, hosting Milligan University on November 5 and Webster University on November 8.
Middle Tennessee then heads on the road for a pair of challenging contests, visiting Evansville on November 12 before traveling to Ann Arbor to face Big Ten foe Michigan on November 19.
From there, the Blue Raiders will take their talents to the Caribbean for the Cayman Islands Classic (Nov. 23–25), where they'll face Murray State, George Washington, and McNeese State in three straight days of action.
Returning home, Middle Tennessee will host UAB on December 1, reigniting a familiar rivalry, followed by a matchup against crosstown rival Belmont on December 7.
The Blue Raiders close out the non-conference slate with one more home game against Cumberland University on December 21 before a marquee road trip to face the University of Houston on December 29.
