Middle Tennessee Tied for 10th After Two Rounds at Schenkel

STATESBORO, Ga. – The Middle Tennessee men's golf team moved into the top 10 after the second round of the Schenkel Invitational on Saturday at Forest Heights Country Club.
The Blue Raiders fired a 4-under-par team round in Round 2 to climb the leaderboard and sit tied for 10th at 1-under-par through 36 holes. No. 26 Utah leads the tournament at 27-under-par, followed by Georgia Southern (-22) and Mississippi State (-19) heading into the final round Sunday.
Individually, Brandon Robison of Utah holds the 36-hole lead at 12-under-par, while a trio of individuals are tied for second at 10-under-par.
The Schenkel Invitational continues with a final 18 holes on Sunday, Mar. 15. Final round action will begin at 7:37 a.m. CT.
The Lineup
• Oliver Baker leads the Blue Raiders and is tied for 29th at 143 after rounds of 75 and 68, firing the team's low round of the day in Round 2.
• Maddox Crowder is tied for 35th at 144 after posting rounds of 71 and 73.
• Connor Henry is also tied for 35th at 144 with rounds of 72 and 72 through 36 holes.
• Carter Maneth sits tied for 35th at 144 after rounds of 73 and 71.
• Jake Hopper is tied for 67th at 149 following rounds of 76 and 73.
