BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Middle Tennessee Softball (13-15, 3-5 CUSA) dropped its second contest to WKU (21-7, 5-3 CUSA) by a score of 5-0.

The game was scoreless for three and a half innings, Braelyn Hall getting the start in the circle for the Blue Raiders and sending down three straight batters swinging to close out the first inning. The Hilltoppers struck in the bottom of the fourth, putting up an additional run in the bottom of the fifth. Halle Klaiber entered the circle for Middle Tennessee in the bottom of the sixth, tossing an inning of scoreless relief.

The Blue Raiders were hit by three pitches and walked twice but did not get a hit at the plate against the Hilltoppers today.
