Fall: Had a 5-5 record in his first fall season with the Blue Raiders ... Took wins against opponents from Southern Illinois, Carbondale and UAB at the Dale Short Shootout to open the fall season ... Advanced to the Round of 16 at the Georgia Tech Fall Invitational by defeating Alex Christ from Furman in three sets ... Won over UAB's Lucas Dirube in the Round of 16 at the Crimson Tide Fall Championship, 6-0, 6-1.
Spring: Was 8-10 in dual matches on the season ... Opened the season up with a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Morehead State's Hugo Almonte ... Won over ETSU's Jorge Varon, 6-2, 6-1, at the No. 5 spot in the lineup ... Won in straight sets on consecutive matches against IUPUI (March 10) and Belmont (March 16) ... Final win of the season came against UAB's Lucas Dirube by a score of 6-2, 6-3 ... Took his match against Michigan's Alex Buzzi to a third set in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament.
Whitmore (W.Va.)/Ensworth
Played as the No. 1 singles and doubles as a freshman at Ensworth High School in Nashville, Tenn., before transferring to Whitmore in Morgantown, W.Va. & Ranked as the No. 98 player nationally in 2011 & A three-time qualifier for the hard court and clay court national championships & Won a pair of matches in the 2010 hard court national championship and three matches in the 2010 clay court national championship, competing among the top 196 players in the country.
