Fall: Was 8-4 in singles in the fall, winning three straight to open the fall at the UNLV Invitational against opponents from Southern Illinois, Carbondale, Northern Arizona and North Texas, including two three-set victories ... Took the win over South Alabama's Mary Angela Martin at the Samford Fall Round Robin, 6-3, 6-0, followed by two wins at the USTA/ITA Division I Women's Ohio Valley Regional Championship against Ramona Costea from Miami (Ohio) and a three set win over Xavier's Cristina Di Lorenzo ... Won in the quarterfinals of the Roberta Alison Fall Classic over Mississippi State's Roseline Dion, 6-2, 6-4 ... Had a record of 2-7 in doubles ... Partnered with Nayara Moraes to win over Northern Arizona at the UNLV Invitational, 8-2 ... Alexandra Torres was Nagayama's partner for a quarterfinals win at the Roberta Alison Fall Classic against Samford by a score of 8-4.

Spring: Compiled a 19-8 record in singles play from the three position ... Defeated the three player from then ranked #50 Penn State in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2 ... Recorded an eight match winning streak, not dropping a set during the streak ... Beat South Alabama's number two player in straight sets ... In doubles play posted an 11-11 record, playing primarily with Alexandra Torres and Yuiri Nomoto from the two and three positions ... Had a perfect 8-0 match against Southern Miss ... Fall: Registered the most combined singles and doubles wins among the Blue Raiders & Earned a pair of flight championships on her way to a team-best tying nine singles victories in her first action as a Blue Raider & Claimed the Lightning bracket at the season-opening MT Shootout and the Jolly Rancher flight at the Roberta Alison Fall Classic & Started the campaign with three-straight wins, including a three-set decision in the final, at the home tournament & Tallied a season-best six-match win streak late in the year, including three victories over opponents from Mississippi, North Carolina State and Mississippi State to collect her second singles title & Won her first two matches at the June Stewart Invitational before dropping the final to finish as the runner up in the Jason Valentine flight & Also tied for the team lead with nine doubles triumphs & Picked up the Jelly Bean doubles bracket crown with Yuiri Nomoto at the Roberta Alison Fall Classic & Pair recorded three-straight wins at the tournament as part of an overall five-consecutive victories while playing together & Added a win with Lexi Brand before the five-match streak for a season best six-straight decisions & Opened her MT career with three-in-a-row, including two with fellow newcomer Nayara Moraes at the MT Shootout.
Spring: Selected as an ITA Scholar Athlete & Named the April 4 Sun Belt Player of the Week after winning three singles and three doubles matches the previous week & Singles triumphs pushed her own streak to eight-in-a-row and nine of her last 10 at the No. 3 position & Equaled the team lead with 14 singles victories during the campaign, while her 62.5 doubles winning percentage paced the squad & Tallied three-set decisions at New Orleans (Feb. 11), against Chattanooga (Feb. 23) and in the home finale against Lipscomb (April 3) & Was victorious in her Sun Belt Tournament quarterfinal match versus South Alabama (April 20) & Did not drop a set in handing her foe from Western Kentucky (March 25) a setback & Posted four second-set shutouts, garnering a win in each contest & Paired with Alex Dachos at the No. 3 doubles slot & Duo won five straight from against Austin Peay (March 20) through against Lipscomb & Tandem also collected a Sun Belt Tournament quarterfinal triumph over South Alabama.
