Mackenzie Moir has spent one season at Middle Tennessee as the assistant coach on Chris Adams’ staff.
Moir came to the program after spending four seasons competing for Cincinnati. While with the Bearcats, Moir recorded a career-best three-round total of 215 (70-77-68) at the FIU Pat Bradley in the fall of 2013. Her third round 68 was also the best single-round score of her career.
Her highest career finish came during her sophomore year at the Cardinal Cup. She finished third in the event with a total score of 218 (71-74-73).
Moir finished with a career average of 79.6, with her best season being her junior year in which she recorded a 77.9 average.
Moir earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Sports Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 2015.
The Louisville, Ky., native played golf, basketball and softball at Sacred Heart Academy, where she led the golf team to three regional championships, twice finishing as state runner-ups. She was named a 2010 all-state selection and four-time academic all-state selection.
