Blue Raiders Set for Final Home Game

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee will put its five-game winning streak on the line Saturday night at the Murphy Center against Arkansas-Little Rock. It will mark the final home game for five Blue Raider seniors.
John Humphrey, Bryant Mitchell, Eric Parham, William Pippen, and Demario Watson will all suit up for the last time in front of the home crowd. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 PM with the senior recognition ceremony getting underway at 6:45 PM.
Saturday's match-up will be the biggest league game in Middle Tennessee's three-year history in the league because a win over the Trojans would assure the Blue Raiders of no worse than a second place finish in the East Division. It would also mean a first round bye in the conference tournament, which is scheduled March 7-11 in Bowling Green, KY.
The Trojans defeated Middle Tennessee in overtime earlier this year, 71-62, as John Humphrey finished with 19 points and eight rebounds.
