Softball Schedules Game With EKU Sunday

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Just call it the softball shuffle, as Middle Tennessee softball has had to dodge the rain and cold weather just to find a time to play. To that end, the Lady Raiders have scheduled a game with Ohio Valley Conference member Eastern Kentucky on Sunday March 2 at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. at Lady Raider Field.

Middle Tennessee was scheduled to play in the Evansville Tournament this weekend, but it was cancelled earlier in the week. The Lady Raiders were also slated to play Belmont on Wednesday February 26, but it was cancelled as well.

Belmont has rescheduled the double-header for Monday March 3 at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. at Aquinas College. Middle Tennessee returns to their regular schedule on Tuesday when the Lady Raiders travel to Clarksville, Tenn. to take on Austin Peay at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
