The Blue Raiders will run a full team of women along with four men running as individuals. Follow @MT_TrackField for updates or watch the races live on ESPN3.

Women's 6K Course Walkthrough
Men's 10K Course Walkthrough
Apalachee Regional Park is home to one of the premier courses in all of cross-country. It is the site of the NCAA South Regional every other year and is in line to host the 2021 NCAA National Championship. The women's 6K is just two loops with a short finish sprint. The men's 10K runs the same two loops as the 6K followed by two smaller loops and the same finish sprint. The current forecast calls for perfect running weather of temperatures around 70 degrees and cloudy skies.
The Opposition
SEC – In the latest USTFCCCAA polls, the SEC has five teams ranked ahead of MT. Florida, Ole Miss, Georgia, Vanderbilt, and Tennessee will all be strong opponents for the MT Women in the regional race. The Gators finished second at the SEC Championship race and had the individual winner in Jessica Pascoe.
ACC – The conference has two teams ranked ahead of MT in the same poll. The hosting Seminoles are led by Militsa Mircheva who moved up 15 spots from her 19th place at the 1.5K mark to finish fourth overall in the ACC Championship. Georgia Tech's seventh place finish at the ACC Championship caused them to drop two spots in the poll, but can still be a challenging team.
Lipscomb– The Bisons are fresh off an Atlantic Sun title with Courtney Brenner capturing the individual title as well. The Bisons topped MT in their only head-to-head competition at the Commodore Classic.
Last Time Out
The Blue Raider men bested both SEC and ACC opponents in No. 29 Ole Miss, No. 28 Alabama, Florida State, and Tennessee to claim the top spot and team win its first NCAA South Regional title in program history.
The Outlook
"We were pleased with the way our teams ran at the C-USA Championships," said Head Coach Keith Vroman. "This is the race we've been preparing for all season, and I hope we can set some records for our program, especially on the women's side."
Live Stream
Both races will be streamed live on ESPN3. The women's race can be found at this link while the men's can be found at this link.
