TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Middle Tennessee's Women finished 9th overall as Pamela Kosgei earned All-Region honors with her
12th place finish. This marks the women's top regional finish since 2015.

Rono again led the team with a top 50 finish while being one of the top 20 freshmen in the race. Meanwhile, Nathan Mack dropped his personal best by nearly a minute as he was the second finisher for the men.

The MT women finished just five points shy of Alabama in eighth place and topped local opponent Lipscomb by four points. Pamela Kosgei took home all-region honors as MT finished three in the top 50. Nearly every runner improved on their 6K time from the Arturo Barrios Invitational a few weeks ago.
